- We do not collect or store credit card numbers (handled entirely by Stripe).
- We do not require or store passwords or user accounts.
- We do not track your activity across other websites.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Video generation: App metadata (name, icon, description) is used solely to create your video and is not retained after generation.
- Email communication: If you opt in, we send product updates and feature announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Payment processing: Payment data is sent directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.
- Analytics: We use aggregated, anonymized data to understand how users interact with the Service and to improve it.
- Showcase: For paid videos, we may display the app name and icon (publicly available store data) in our client gallery. You can opt out by contacting us.

Apple iTunes API & Google Play
We query publicly available app metadata (name, icon, description) from Apple and Google to generate videos. No user data is shared with Apple or Google through this process.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service uses minimal client-side storage:
- Session storage: Temporarily stores your video configuration (app name, colors, settings) during your session. This data is cleared when you close the browser tab and is never sent to our servers.
- Third-party cookies: Stripe and PostHog may set their own cookies. Refer to their respective privacy policies for details.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States (Stripe, PostHog, Vercel) and the European Union (Brevo). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
